We shall ensure that all customers and staff of Elizabeth Rose adhere to social distancing rules. There may be times we need to limit the number of customers in-store.
There is a hand sanitiser station at the entrance of the shop which all customers must use when entering the building.
All customers and staff must wear a face covering at all times in the shop unless you have proof of exemption.
The shop is thoroughly cleaned every morning. Till points and more frequently used areas are sanitised throughout the day.
You will be allowed to try on clothes in the shop, any unwanted items will be steamed or quarantined before being put back. Fitting rooms will be sanitised after each use.
We are unable to offer our normal range of refreshments but we are happy to provide takeaway drinks from a local café.
All staff are encouraged to take regular lateral flow tests provided by the Government. Anyone showing any symptoms or in contact with anyone showing symptoms will self isolate.
We recommend all customers to book a shopping appointment, there are four slots a day - Monday to Saturday. It's the safest and easiest way to shop in-store. Book your appointment here

Our opening hours are 10am - 5pm, Monday to Saturday. We are closed for lunch between 1:30pm - 2pm.
Our click & collect for purchases and click & drop for returns will continue during our opening hours.
