Returns are the responsibility of the customer.

For your convenience we provide a Tracked 48 Royal Mail Return Label with your order and if you choose to use it a fee of £3.95 per parcel will be deducted from your refund.

Package up your return as stated in the 'Returns Process'.

Along with your returns form, there will be a Royal Mail Return Label included with your order. Simply stick this on the outside of the re-usable mail bag.

Take it to your local post office, where they will scan and give you a proof of postage.

Once we have received your return we will process your refund, deducting the £3.95 return delivery charge.

We are happy to take returns back in person in store during our opening hours.
Your order will be passed on to the website team to be processed for a refund, or alternatively have a browse in store to exchange your item.

Package up your items as stated in the 'Returns Process' and make sure you have filled out your returns form inside.

Receive a proof of return from a member of staff in store.

Take the time to browse in store to see if there is something you would like to exchange it for - our friendly team are always here to help!

Alternatively, if you wish for a refund then this will be processed separately by the website team, using your original payment method.

Please ensure you follow the correct returns process:

Please use the mailbag provided and use either the Royal Mail returns label or make your own arrangements.

Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with the labels still attached and have a completed returns form.

When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit.

If you wish to make an exchange then simply contact us via email on rachel@elizabeth-rose.com or telephone +44(0)1580 763815 before you return your parcel, just to ensure we have the item you require in stock.

Please follow the steps below to make an exchange:

Send back your original item, filling out your returns form stating that you wish to exchange it and the details of the new product.

If there is a difference in payment, we will contact you to process this before the new item is dispatched.

You will receive a confirmation email of when the new item has been sent.

Initially, we will require a photo illustrating the fault to be sent to rachel@elizabeth-rose.com and on inspection and if necessary, we will require the garment returning back to Elizabeth Rose for further inspection and proof of purchase provided.

Where possible we will either have the item repaired, offer an exchange or refund.
