policy

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase you can return any part of an order at any time for FREE, within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange. Once your return has been procees please allow 2-3 working days for the funds to show in your account.

Arranging
your return

Returns are the responsibility of the customer. Goods must be returned unused, in the original packaging, with the labels still attached and have a completed returns form. When returning items, you are strongly recommended to obtain proof of posting. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels lost in transit. Please address all returns to: Elizabeth Rose, 67 High Street, Tenterden, Kent, TN30 6BD, UK.

Exchanges

If you wish to make an exchange then simply contact us via email on rachel@elizabeth-rose.com or telephone +44(0)1580 763815 before you return your parcel, just to ensure we have the item you require in stock. Once confirmaed, send back your original item, filling out your returns form stating that you wish to exchange it and the details of the new product. If there is a difference in payment, we will contact you to process this before the new item is dispatched.

Return
in-store

We are happy to take returns back in person in store during our opening hours: Mon - Fri | 10am - 5pm. Your order will be passed on to the website team to be processed for a refund, or alternatively have a browse in store to exchange your item.

Faulty
items

If for any reason your garment is not of a satisfactory quality please don’t hesitate to contact us on +44(0)1580 763815 or email rachel@elizabeth-rose.com Initially, we will require a photo illustrating the fault to be sent to rachel@elizabeth-rose.com and on inspection and if necessary, we will require the garment returning back to Elizabeth Rose for further inspection and proof of purchase provided.Where possible we will either have the item repaired, offer an exchange or refund.
