As one of the directors and co-owners of Elizabeth Rose, I am the sole buyer for the shop, dedicating a large amount of my time visiting showrooms, going to the seasonal fashion fairs in the UK and Europe.
During the week I am busy in the office or at meetings preparing and videoing the wonderful collections that arrive in the shop ready to go online. I work very closely with Charlotte enhancing our digital marketing, updating our online offer and organising events in the shop.
There is never a dull moment at Elizabeth Rose and it is in my DNA to work on the next event or contact my customers when I think there is a fabulous outfit perfect for them. Being on the shop floor is my absolute favourite, inspiring my team and getting a buzz from my customers trying on and finding their perfect outfit!
I also oversee the merchandising in the shop and work closely with the team. Making the clothes look appealing with style ideas and suggestions including handpicked accessories is all in a day’s work!
I have 3 gorgeous children, Rory, Tess and Charlotte and love spending time with them as well as my husband, Dan, and Reggie our cockapoo! It’s a busy life but super fun!
I have had the pleasure of running Elizabeth Rose jointly with my sister, Helen and my mother, Rosemarie for the past 23 years. The business was started by my mother in 1979 so we are now second generation retailers.
I was brought up in Kent, leaving to study for my degree in Manchester, and subsequently starting my career working in France/America for an international electronics company.
My main roles at Elizabeth Rose are; running all aspects of the financial side of the business, planning, projects and logistics are my main strengths as I like to get a job done!! I work closely with the team ensuring they are motivated, well trained and understand good customer service. Retail is always changing and we have to constantly adapt but we always ensure the customer is at the heart of what we do.
I am married to Rebecca, who is now also part of the ER team, we have three adult children (Harry, Alice & Isabelle) In my spare time I enjoy running, cycling and recently scuba diving but most of all spending time with my family.
I’ve been at Elizabeth Rose for many years! As shop manager I look after the day to day running of the shop as well as looking after the customers, with whom over the years I have established a wonderful rapport. My many treasured customers are always a joy to serve and I love putting outfits together for them. In my spare time I like redesigning my house, and on many weekends you will find me up a ladder or building a shed! Travel is my main passion and every year I try to discover another country I haven’t visited. As well as travelling I love to keep fit and especially enjoy pilates. I have a wonderful grown-up daughter and two very mischievous dogs!
I am the Graphic Designer and do all the marketing for Elizabeth Rose, looking after the website, sending out all emails and work on the social media. I have been at Elizabeth Rose for a half a decade now! I love working closely with Helen and Michael. In my spare time I love to garden and grow my own produce, I am also very busy looking after my gorgeous puppy, Bobbie :)
I've been at Elizabeth Rose for a few years now and I feel very fortunate to work as part of such a wonderful team. I enjoy meeting customers and helping them purchase outfits that they feel happy and confident wearing. ER is such a lovely and beautiful shop that I feel proud to work in. In my spare time I love following fashion and spending time with my family and friends. I also love going for walks, especially at the beach, and going out for meals.
I am the Office Administator. I prepare all the lovely new stock for the shop, answer the telephone and deal with the expanding internet order side of the business. With husband Robert, I am doing up our house, mixing in exhibiting our classic MGB GT at car shows, holidays, theatre trips and, of course, clothes shopping.
I’ve been at ER for quite a few years, prior to this I worked in Viyella in Tenterden for 24 years. I am a sales consultant, and put together outfits for all my new customers I am establishing. I love building up special relationships with new customers and existing ones from my time at Viyella. I am enjoying being a new part of the ER team, and the different aspects involved in working for a family business. In my spare time I like cooking and entertaining my wonderful family and friends, and coming up with new culinary delights in the kitchen. I love travelling and enjoy the excitement of visiting new places.
I have recently joined the lovely team at Elizabeth Rose as a sales consultant having moved to the beautiful town of Tenterden just two years ago, my career has always been customer service focused this includes floristry and holistic therapies, I enjoy putting colours and outfit combinations together so people feel confident in their choice. In my spare time I love walking in the countryside, spending time with my family, the girls and travelling to discover new places.
I have recently joined Elizabeth Rose as a sales consultant so you can see me two days a week helping you pick out some fabulous new outfits or on the social media! Outside of Elizabeth Rose I run my own small business as a beauty therapist. I love meeting new people and being part of such an amazing team here. In my spare time I really enjoy sewing, looking after my two cats, Albert and Gulliver, and of course- shopping for clothes!
My name is Tina and I have recently joined ER as sales consulatant, I feel really lucky and fortunate to work with a lovely team. I am looking forward to meeting all the lovely, loyal customers, getting to know them all and to helping choose the right outfits. In my spare time I love socialising with family and friends and going for long walks with my dog! I also love going to motorsport, shopping and the theatre.
I am Michael's wife and I am the product copywriter, adding new products to the website - which I really enjoy! From time to time I assist and cover Rachel in the office, I especially like seeing all the lovely new product being unboxed and picking the orders ready to send out. My hobbies include gardening and caring for my cockapoo, Dylan.
