Click & Collect Service
Three easy steps to follow our Click & Collect Service:
1. When placing your order online or via telephone select the Click & Collect at the delivery section of the checkout.
2. Your will receive an email to say your order has been picked & packed and is ready for collection (do not come beforehand).
3. Bring your order confirmation to the shop during our opening hours to collect your parcel.
Click & Drop Service
Three easy steps to follow our Click & Drop returns service:
1. Package up the items you wish to return in their original packaging and with the returns forms complete.
2. Drop off the items at the shop during our opening hours with a member of staff.
3. Your refund will be put through with immediate effect.
