Exchanges
Any item bought at Elizabeth Rose can be exchanged to the same value if returned in perfect condition with the original receipt within 14 days of purchase. If there is nothing else that you would like at this time we will provide you with a credit note to spend at any other time. This entitlement does not apply for reasons of hygiene in the case of toiletries, cosmetics, pierced earrings, lingerie, hosiery, millinery and swimwear.

For items purchased in the sale
Any item bought in the sale cannot be returned for either an exchange or a credit note.

Customers statutory rights
Customers statutory rights to a refund of the purchase price in respect of goods that are not of satisfactory quality are unaffected by this store policy, although goods will not be exchanged or the price refunded unless proof of purchase at Elizabeth Rose is produced or can be clearly inferred.
